     As a long time Bay Area builder and developer, we have constructed many of the rental properties in our portfolio from ground up.  The design and floor plans are contemporary and up-to-date and are exceptionally spacious.  The natural light entering the units through careful placement of the buildings initial layout becomes evident upon entering the front door.   Our goal is to use our construction division to add upgrades continuously to our properties.  This enables our company to offer our available properties in the cleanest and most modern state you will find on the peninsula.  Our attention to detail and maintenance  exceeds our competition.     PeninsulaView.com was designed with simplicity in mind. Upon first glance our website may look very plain compared to most other websites. However, its simplicity allows fast page download times for any speed internet connection.  It is also compatible with all major web browsers (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Mozilla, Firefox, etc.). We also try to use as little plug-ins (flash, java, fonts, etc.) as possible, so you don't have to download anything to view our website. In the near future PeninsulaView.com plans to offer interactive Google™ Maps, downloadable documents (i.e.: rental applications, flyers, waivers, etc.), and much much more.
